Product description

VIPCOO H3 – Electric motocross with extreme performance and off-road capability

Are you looking for an electric motocross bike that combines raw power, advanced technology and off-road features? Then the VIPCOO H3 is for you. With its powerful 3500W motor, rugged suspension and a removable 23Ah battery unit, it delivers an experience beyond the ordinary — whether you're making your way through city traffic or exploring wilder terrain. Here you get a vehicle that blurs the lines between electric scooter, dirt bike and electric motocross — with uncompromising riding enjoyment as the result.

Powerful mid-mounted motor for maximum torque.

The heart of the VIPCOO H3 is the mid-mounted 3500W motor that handles tough terrain and steep hills of up to 45° incline. With a maximum torque of a full 220 Nm, you get explosive acceleration and a stable drive even in challenging environments. Whether you're riding on gravel roads, in the forest or through all the city's obstacles, this electric motocross delivers smooth, strong and reliable performance.

Three riding modes for a customized experience.

The VIPCOO H3 offers three different speed modes (23/38/63 km/h), so you can adapt your ride to both the surface and the situation. Commute safely at low speed through the city, shift up on the country road or make use of full power on more secluded trails. The digital LCD display gives you a clear overview of speed, battery level and the selected riding profile.

Long range with removable battery.

With a 48V 23Ah battery, you get up to 70 km of riding on a single charge (depending on weight, speed and surface). The battery is easy to remove and charge separately — perfect if you want to charge at work or at home without bringing the entire electric motocross inside. With a key lock and dual security features, the battery is also protected against theft.

Maximum control with hydraulic disc brakes.

Safety is central, and with dual hydraulic disc brakes both front and rear, you get responsive and powerful braking even at high speed or on slippery surfaces. The VIPCOO H3 reacts quickly and predictably — exactly what you need in an electric motocross with this power class.

Advanced suspension for a comfortable ride.

The electric motocross is equipped with front hydraulic suspension and a rear nitrogen gas shock absorber, which provides optimal comfort even on uneven roads. The combination of a 14" front wheel and a 12" rear wheel with air-filled off-road tires gives stable grip and effectively dampens vibrations from the surface.

Seen and heard – integrated lighting and signaling.

Safety is further enhanced with bright LED headlights, brake lights, turn signals and hazard lights that make you visible in all lighting conditions. The electric horn ensures you're heard in traffic. The entire system is built to handle wet conditions with an IPX4 rating, making the VIPCOO H3 ready for both rain and rough weather.

Designed for comfort and adaptability.

Thanks to a well-balanced frame and a comfortable integrated saddle, you can ride longer distances without getting tired. The electric motocross is designed for riders between 135–185 cm and handles a maximum weight of up to 120 kg, making it accessible for both young people from age 13 and adult users.

Built for both city and wilderness.

The VIPCOO H3 isn't an ordinary electric motocross — it's a powerhouse that gets around anywhere. The rugged 57 kg construction provides both stability and durability, while the large tires and strong motor make it perfect for both urban environments and adventurous outings.

Summary – an electric motocross for those who want more.

The VIPCOO H3 is the choice for anyone who isn't satisfied with the ordinary. With its brutal motor power, long range, top-class suspension and removable battery, it delivers an electric motocross experience in a class all its own. Whether you're looking for a reliable commuter vehicle or an off-road monster — this model handles both with flying colors.

Secure your VIPCOO H3 today and experience the difference between riding — and flying along.

Laws & rules

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a maximum of 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power – which means that the electric scooter may temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.

If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with a nominal power of more than 250 W, other rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and then Moped class IThere are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.

Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped class I, an AM driving license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for a bicycle, Moped class I or II, it may not to be used on public roads.

Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/hThis means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work – it must not be able to drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.

Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, registration requirements, driving license and insurance.

We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under 15 years old, although it is not mandatory.
